who vs. whom

debating who vs. whom.  trying to win the debate.   ( I will not lose this one, thank you J101, Duncan McDonald and the LSDT )

poll:

do you have suggestions as to WHOM I could contact

vs.

do you have suggestions as to WHO I could contact

advertising: it’s the journey, not the destination

Ok, so that’s not completely true.  HOWEVER…

The destination of course is important, but in my opinion, the process and strategy is what constitutes a quality campaign.

With this said, I have to say I am quite happy with team Kiwi’s process & brand strategy for our Sameunderneath campaign:

1st brainstorm Sameunderneath team Kiwi

brand tags

One unique characteristic of branding is the power held by consumers to define a brand.

With this said, my friend Zach showed me this website which is an experiment in brand perception – a brand exists based on what people think of it – meaning, whatever people say a brand is, that’s what it is!  All tags are generated by everyday people and reflect their initial reaction.  Brilliant, no?
