That sounds great! My art professor was from the tec de monterrey...I never went there, but she was excellent. I believe that is a private school, correct? Anyway, you'll love it either way - buena suerte y que tengas un buen viaje! Dime si hay mas preguntas (=

Nice! It shouldn't be too much of a challenge - I flew into DF too - it's pretty simple - after you get you luggage and go through customs, there are signs to busses...as long as you follow the signs and tell the people at the ticket counter that you want to go to qro, you're good to go (= The bus to qro is actually really nice - super comfortable busses with a movie and they give you food! (far better than the us bus system, which might seem ironic).

that's awesome you get a year there - i had four months which was great, but i would have loved a year. are you with a host family? which tec are you going to? the tecnologico or tec de monterrey? i didn't go to either - i went to the uaq, but i heard good things about the other two schools as well.

what i liked about my experience? there is always something to do - always a celebration, parade, museum, etc...qro is a beautiful/clean city and it's extremely easy/affordable to hop on a bus and visit another mexican city for the weekend (if you can, go to tequis, bernal, san miguel, pachuca, aguascalientes, patzcuaro...to name a few (= ) there are alot alot of clubs/bars/restaurants etc. and people my (our?) age seem to be alot more friendly/accommodating/inclusive down there and really actually love to include the foreign exchange students, whether that's just at school, or taking us out, showing us around, inviting us over to their houses, etc....so yes? hopefully that helps a bit??
